Chromebooks, too Good to be True?

Sometimes you see a product being offered in the technology field and wonder who developed this and why would anyone want it? I recently came across a new product and asked myself these same questions. It appeared to be a notebook PC at first glance, but appearances can be deceiving.

With the advent of the Netbook schools, consumers and some enterprise users have been looking for ever lighter and slimmer mobile products. Low price points and reasonably long run times have made these units attractive to road warriors and school boards. The recent explosion of tablets into this space has complicated the decision making process even further.
